Rested in bed until lunchtime but then had no choice but to get up to see to the patients, cat etc, etc. Still totally wiped out but feeling a little better this afternoon, as long as I don’t try and stand up and do anything! 26 in the shade in the garden this afternoon, too warm for everyone here...
