Netting

One of the things I find frustrating on allotments is the constant battle to protect my crops against animals. Nearly everything has to be fenced or covered!

So here we have the pumpkin patch (fenced off) and bean tunnel (just netted), hopefully safe from muntjacs/foxes/rats etc. 

When the cucumbers and beans have started climbing up, they'll hopefully be safe from critters and I'll remove the netting.
