Flipper!

The forecast wasn't good and it was raining first thing. We decided to go inland to see some waterfalls. What I didn't think about was the amount of hot weather we've had and the lack of water ... they weren't what I was expecting. We visited Ffynone waterfall first and then Cenarth, where we also enjoyed a drink in the tea shop. 


As it was raining we decided to head to the coast and were rewarded with better weather. We went to New Quay and were delighted to spend an hour and a half on the harbour wall watching the dolphins - see extra, including a nearly good one if it hadn't jumped out of the frame! 


We finished the day visiting Mwnt, had a little walk up the hill and enjoyed sitting and watching some of the small birds darting around.
