St Stephen, Bodfari

MONDAY

A 7.5 km bike ride to the nearby village of Bodfari (where I took this photo of St Stephen's Church) before heading down the Vale of Clwyd and home to Tremeirchion for breakfast.

An afternoon's practice at Rhuddlan Bowling Club.

My replacement running shoes arrived this afternoon.

Another hot and sunny day.
