Bin Bingo!

I did a bit of work power washing some of the newly exposed paths as well as the steps to the front door. Then in the afternoon I exposed more covered steps which run up the garden at the back of the house.

Late evening we had to completely clear the main bedroom as we are having new wardrobes fitted tomorrow.

The local council has come in for an awful lot of criticism since at the new Trolliboc system was introduced at the beginning of June. The collectors are well behind with their rounds and many bins have gone unemptied for weeks. Tomorrow we are due to receive a garden waste collection (green bins), a waste food collection (orange bin) a cardboard collection (blue bag), a paper, glass, metal, plastic and battery collection (stacking boxes), a general waste collection (blue bin) and finally our old, defunct black bin is due to be taken away for recycling. Will we get a full house?
