A grimace or a smile??

It had been a while since Bugsie and I visited the Marsh. There was lots of green where only grey had been, many of the shrubs were in flower, and ducklings were everywhere; well actually out in the middle of the ponds far from the reaches of my 300mm...

Painted turtles were basking in the sun, semi-far from the shore, but the world travelling nurse noticed this little fella/gal just a few feet from the shore. Typically they scoot, but this one was kind enough to pose for a burst of several blips.
