Tidying Up

Between my new bird books, Merlin Bird ID app and the Audubon Society, I'm having some decent good luck identifying the birds in my new back yard.  This is a Brown Thrasher, quite pretty I think.  Unfortunately, he didn't say or sing anything so I don't know what he sounds like, but now I know what he looks like.  

Today's backyard vigil yielded Song Sparrows, House Sparrows. a Mourning Dove,  a Common Yellowthroat and a Northern Cardinal.  All  heard but not seen.  

I have a lot of patience.
