Sports Day!

The storms held off. The temperature climbed above 27 degrees.

The boys’ sports day was an excellent event. Their pride in participating was compounded by their house groups coming first and second.

I also had a long and fascinating conversation with a parent who wanted my advice on how we had brought up our children and now encouraged our grandchildren.
