Biscuits

Another busy day. Made almond shortbread for friends to have with morning coffee and an inspection of garden progress. Early afternoon visitor who brought beautifully home made Italian marzipan biscuits. Also much enjoyed by the dyker who came about 5 pm to carry on repairing the wall. Continued weeding, deadheading and moving plants around the borders until 8 pm.
The photo is of Miscanthus sinensis ‘Moonlight ‘ and a small white lupin. I love the effect of white plants through grass. It highlights the airiness of the grass.
