The Best Cliff Face in Scotland?

So some say - and perhaps I am with them. The cliff on the right, in shadow apart from the top few hundred feet, is Sron na Ciche.

This bowl in the Cuillin ridge is Coire Lagan, and the 'Round of Coire Lagan' resounds in the the minds of rock climbers of my younger days, as the very best 'scrambling' day out. You go up one side, across the top, and down the other. You never forget it!

To see it in sunshine like this is fairly rare. Many years ago I climbed the Cioch Gully, up the centre of the cliff, in pouring rain - and almost didn't feel the rain for sheer joy of the experience.
