Sgurr nan Gillean beckons?

Evening Light and Shade on the Cuillin of Skye. Too late to start the climb- 8.30 pm.

The first of three remarkable days on Skye. All days on Skye are remarkable, especially on or around the Cuillins. But these three days (see next two Entries) are unusual in weather terms: 20 degrees and so much sun.

Only the lack of energy to do the Traverse or a climb on Sron na Ciche is a downside.

But I did have the energy - 50 years ago! Now, I just have the Memories - and occasionally, the Views!
