An Eye-full

Pieris floribunda 'Forest Flame'.

We have several, all as yet low shrubs rather than the trees they can become. But then, our garden is not big enough for many trees, and the few we have are native Scotland trees, or similar: recently planted Scots pine, three white-barked birch...

As to shrubs, we have the usual Rhodies, Azaleas and some I cannot name. NB: We got rid of the huge Leylandii planted by our predecessor (after it conveniently died in a severe Scottish winter a couple of years ago). Our neighbour's Leylandii, even taller than ours, needs some careful planning to get rid of with impunity!
