Driven to drink

After feeling sick for some unknown reason all day today, I'm currently having panic/anxiety symptoms.

Richard's been attacked via email by a neighbour and it's really upset me. I was the one who found it and opened it, and the second I began reading it my palpitations started.

So I'm having wine.
