Pepper and wild garlic

Pepper is one of the Foxes' two cats. Here she is emerging from the 'wilded' end of their beautiful garden in Manchester. I photographed Pepper this morning just before we set off north again by car.

Other than a short stop at Southwaite services en route, we had a straight run home. Then we unpacked, put on the washing, inspected the garden, and planted the Lady's mantle and Bleeding heart that Clarissa gave me just before we left Manchester.

For supper, we managed to create a tuna pasta bake concoction with cupboard ingredients. Then we headed to bed super tired, super early.
