Castlefield viaduct, Manchester

Finally - a day for which I can report some exercise! 

(Lapsed blipper) ClarissaFox, Mr hazelh, Clarissa's friend Amanda, and I walked into central Manchester today on a three part mission. First we visited the amazing garden Castlefield viaduct (blipped), then we enjoyed a long, leisurely lunch with Mr Fox at Albert's Shed, and on the way home again I bought a hard copy of A little life at the House of books and friends. There was an awful lot of talking along the way. This was mostly led by Amanda, who managed to out-talk even me.

This evening we introduced the Foxes to Azul, dined simply on salad (after our lunchtime feast), then watched another episode of Black books (which we didn't think was as funny as the first one that we saw yesterday).

Exercise today: walking (17,233 steps).
