"pour your sweetness"

So yesterday my poor car, called Fern, because it's a Fiesta - F for Fern, F for Fiesta..... Anyway, it was very ill as the battery had well and truly died - not a spark of life was left... :( I had to call the RAC who very nicely shocked her back into life, but the battery was on its last legs so I had to get a new one :( Cause of death - a potentially faulty stereo draining the battery....

So complete with a new battery, Fern and I went food shopping tonight and whilst stocking up on baking supplies, I found this......!!!!!!

This is actually a baker's dream - icing sugar is so temperamental and has a life of its own, easily creating icing sugar clouds wherever it goes! So now that you can easily sprinkle or pour the demon ingredient is music to my ears and just had to be purchased! Can't wait to use it with my next batch of cupcakes....
