More finds

The toy typewriter dates from the early 50’s and was great fun, but slow and prone to errors due to my dodgy spelling. The portable typewriter dates from the early 70’s, when I thought that developing typing skills might be helpful. I would never have made a proficient typist, I was far more successful developing my nursing skills. 

The picture was taken with my phone which which now has a keyboard, spell checker and predictive texting which can be a bit dodgy at times, but is much faster.
