Debrief

Debriefing meetings provide the team members with the opportunity to give some direct feedback about the project, including an in-depth view of what went well and what did not go well.

We went over to Phoebe's home where Frances and Frazer stayed before departing to Edinburgh this afternoon. I took over the laptop so they could have a look at the pics I took (the pro photographer's ones will no doubt be a while yet. In return we came back with some lovely flowers and some cheese. The wedding cake was actually a 'cheesecake', not a confection but a tower of whole cheeses, cheddar, red leicester, stilton and stinking bishop. We've taken a load of it and cut into smaller pieces to freeze so we can eat it over the next few years months.

A lovely sunny afternoon so we sat in the garden relaxing and reading the Sundays for a while before getting up to mow the lawn which has been running riot in the week we've been away.
