Very nearly...

Lily and I were up and in the woods early early this morning and went to see if the bluebells are out. Not quite is the answer. Another day or two I reckon, they are starting to appear but you can only really see them when you are up close - no carpet of blue from a distance yet.

I'm having a day of rest today - no baking, but lots of planning and organising going on in my head. Son no 3 arrives tomorrow so he will help to shift and pack things over the next week. After the roller-coaster ride of being let down twice I can scarcely believe that it is finally going to happen.

A beautiful day so far, it really does lift your spirits.
