Rosie assessing how steep the drop is, very steep is the answer. She appeared to come to the same conclusion which was good.

Lovely swim in the sea at lunchtime with Emma and Tracey. It was nearly flat, a little bit sunny and all sparkly, first time in months. Then more French practise which actually seemed to go ok, we only have to do two more sessions and then can both happily move on.

And I read my book a lot- set in 1992 Sarajevo, not an easy time.
