Morning Walk to Helliness

Another wonderful sunny spring day, fairly calm too. 2115hrs and there was a beautiful orange/yellow sky at sunset.

Up early, headed out into the garden and greenhouse.  Headed out for a walk, then popped by Laura's for a cuppa.  A 1pm start in the airport today, mostly working on the check-in desk.  All flights on time, except our last Aberdeen.  It was delayed due to the café setting off the fire alarm with the deep fat fryer.  More walkies, now feet up for the night. 

Possibly the best day of the year so far, not a cloud in the sky all day and night.  With the morning to myself, it was a must to be outside.  I was cutting it fine to head anywhere long distance, so stuck with a favourite walk out to the old houses.  Such stunning architecture, shame it can't be saved.  Taken at Helliness, Cunningsburgh.
