2023 Saturday — Construction Done

Grand Finale -- The roofers were here today. Lots of hammering. We crossed the Finish Line a few hours ago.

This project started one year ago today when the sales rep for the Four Seasons Sunrooms arrived here at 11:00. Six days later the sales rep and the owner of the company were here for our second meeting, and we signed a contract and made a deposit. They told us and the contract clearly states that construction would begin in 10 weeks and the constructing of the room would take 2 weeks maximum.

This company owner is now being investigated by the DA's office with no less than 24 customers who have filed complaints. The owner has violated his contractors license numerous ways. He has now had his license suspended.

My emotions feel like the last day of the school year. I’m exhausted and elated all at the same time.
