Fly away home....

Pesky ladybirds, eating aphids, making more ladybirds and laying eggs so their larvae will eat more aphids! Then there's the guilt because these eggs are on a groundsel plant that was on its way to the garden waste bin.... what a dilemma!
Lovely sunny afternoon today after a cooler morning. I spent a couple of hours weeding the rose bed. You can tell my wrist must have held me back last year, by the number of weeds. There were at least 10 ladybirds going about their busy day to day lives there as I worked. .
Little achieved otherwise apart from writing a talk I have to give on Saturday, phew, glad to have that ticked off my list.
