Went over to Beeston for the patchwork group this morning. They are making a quilt for a carer. Felt a bit guilty that i hadn’t been for a while (knew I would ) so I stayed and produced some hexagons. Twelve for me (record was 15 so I didn’t do too badly .
Came home vua the supermarket, tidied up and pottered in the garden until D arrived to collect my bulky stuff for Orkney. Had a nice chat with h a cup of tea and toasted tea cake, and the kittens weren’t too shy so were obligingly cute. Did some weeding and cut the grass after she left
