Upholstery class this morning. Got a lot done on Ds chair- am hoping I might finish it next week or the week after. However I have some machine sewing to do and it needs to be very accurate so some unpicking could be involved !
Had some soup for lunch snd then decided to do some gardening for an hour or so as it was dry - though very windy. Got a lot done there too. I was planting into the rsised beds which is a nice easy task- much quicker than planting through gravel which I did yesterday . Got changed and walked down to LMs for coffee and to collect some plants for Js garden - he is very happy to have her cast-offs!
Jst got back in time to feed the cats and get the bus to town to meet JS and her friends D and S at the cinema. We went to see Back to Black. The lead who played Amy W was excellent- film probably 20 minutes too long though. But I often think that! Got home about 8.15. Time for some TV and then bed!
