I’ve never been so wet

Went for a walk with a friend I don’t see that often, and her dog.  It started to rain slightly when we left her house, but we agreed to keep going.  When we’d gone about a mile it changed to the kind of rain that is like a power shower being turned on. We were soaked through to our skin, and it was a bit miserable.  The dog was happy though, rolling about in this puddle - here she is dripping with water after fetching her ball. She’s very sweet and well behaved.  We gave up our plan to go to a cafe, and headed back home, for coffee and cake:)
