Better late than never

I planted this little patch of Tête-à-tête really late in the autumn. All my other daffs are long gone - so it’s lovely to see these.
I’m enjoying catching up on a bit of gardening- I’ve been getting a few new plants, and digging up some of the things that were established  when I moved here  - 33 years ago! Getting a couple of clematis, which I love, but have never grown. My dad often comes into the garden to give me a bit of advice. He died 33 years ago almost to the day. ‘Clematis like their head in the sun, and their feet in the shade’ he says:)
