Mist

We decided to take the bikes to the coast and cycle from Hythe to Folkestone.  However we didn't factor in the sea mist which didn't lift and meant the temperature was 10 degrees colder than inland.  Being a bank holiday in the UK we saw people dressed in everything from coats and scarves to bikinis and flip flops!  We stopped for a coffee in Folkestone and watched the world go by and then cycled back to Hythe again.  Arrived home to snooze in the sun in the conservatory for an hour before dinner.  I had roasted a ham so just needed to do vegetables.  I wandered around the garden to see if anything had grown since yesterday and felt a bit nostalgic hearing the sounds of children playing coming from next door.  We didn't organise anything this Easter as is was due to be the weekend before the wedding but now the wedding is postponed we should have planned something.  

No.1 busy with in-laws and No.2 busy.  Next year I will plan something.
