Saturday: Placencia

My colleague is out of country and, as one of us always has to be here, we’re spending the long weekend in country.

We’re down in Placencia, about 2 1/2 hours south of Belmopan.  It was incredibly hot today so a dip in the sea was very welcome.  

K cooked up a meal tonight in our accommodation which was lovely.  It’s very hard to eat out and not just have rice and beans, quesadillas and burritos on offer.
