Steps Will Be Taken

What with my arm being pretty well shot over the last month I took the car up to J’s flat to go walking and we decided that with the driving being a bit uncomfortable (as is typing this article) we decided to head out from her flat up by Craighouse and with the weather being kind for walking we heading down to Morningside, then to Roseburn and via the foot/cycle paths down to Granton via Crewe Toll and hence along to Cramond. After a coffee and scone in a cafe down in Cramond we walked back along Silverknowes Esplanade and then back to Crewe Toll where we decided to get a bus back up to Morningside. Drove the car back home and after a quick bite to eat it was out again along to Murrayfield to see how our ten pin team were doing without myself and IainC’s contribution, we did OK 2 points and only 4 pins away from 4 points. By the time I got home I downloaded my activity monitor and the image above is result. I maybe a bit tired tomorrow.
