Heddiw, gwnaeth tair cenhedlaeth ohonon ni yn cymryd rhan mewn digwyddiad ‘Kidical Mass’ yng Nghaerdydd. Mae ‘Kidical Mass’ yn edrych i wella seiclo yn drefi a dinasoedd ledled y byd yn arbennig am y cenhedlaeth ifancach.  Gwnaeth tua chant ohonon ni yn seiclo o gwmpas canol Caerdydd mewn un grŵp. Roedd pobol gyda ni i helpu cadw'r grŵp gyda'i gilydd ac yn stopio'r ceir nawr ac yn y man. Gwnaethon ni reidio am awr ac roedd e'n brofiad pleserus i bawb. Rydyn ni'n gobeithio y bydd e’n helpu pobol gweld manteision beicio yn arbennig manteision creu llwybrau diogel i blant.

Today, three generations of us took part in a 'Kidical Mass' event in Cardiff. 'Kidical Mass' is looking to improve cycling in towns and cities around the world especially for the younger generation. About a hundred of us cycled around the center of Cardiff in one group. We had people with us to help keep the group together and stopped the cars now and then. We rode for an hour and it was an enjoyable experience for everyone. We hope it will help people see the benefits of cycling especially the benefits of creating safe routes for children.
