Movement
I wandered up to the shop this morning to drop off my used coffee pods for recycling and then carried on for a walk.
My intention was to get some 'blurred trees' using In Camera Movement.
I managed to get some .... and some flowing' water. The blossom also caught my attention and it just had to be shot with a wide aperture.
Passing the fallen Beech trees which are gradually dying and falling apart one huge bough at a time, I noticed that the remaining ones now have identification tags on them and the last one which fell would appear to have been chipped and removed. Whether that was 'officially' or not and the tags were 'cause or effect' I have no idea. However, I did spot one chunk of wood with Hitler's portrait in it (or is it just me?).
I was rather taken with the sign -- I didn't realise that dogs drank bottles of juice.
At one point I had a rather brazen squirrel run across the path in front of me and sit in a bush about 10 feet from me and just look at me - until I slowly lifted the camera .... then he climbed to the point that he was only just 'seeable' (is that a word) in the wide angled lens. How do they know what lens you have on the camera?
There are a dozen pictures over here.
I finished the two cats today - and have turned 3 Gonks. They just need their noses and beards attached now.
When I was out in the garage turning the Gonks there were hailstones. Hailstones? .... what was that about?????
We had a video chat with No1 son this afternoon. The rest of the family were there too, but the girls were too busy to talk. We had actually phoned to speak to Bunny ... since it was her birthday, but that was certainly not going to happen.
