Blossom

First full day back home and immediately back into the swing of meetings and paperwork on top of the usual “return from a break tasks” of washing, restocking the fridge, catching up etc.

Before heading off to my morning meeting I took the dog round his usual haunts. While there was a bit of a breeze it was a lovely spring day with sunshine and, for a good bit of the day, blue skies.

It was a day my late father would have enjoyed. It would have been his 99th birthday today but he passed away in 1992. Still missed.

Just as we have been missing actual Cameron cuddles. We’ve had to rely on digital ones which will be the pattern for the next few weeks.
