Changeable

I had a number of appointments today. They meant I could not join a walk along the coast. The weather was showery, then sunny, then sudden downpours. For a while I sat out in shorts as it was such a lovely spring day. An hour later there was hail bouncing off the pavement briefly before the heavens opened.

Early evening we crossed town to meet up with friends. The Chinese restaurant had changed management but we were not disappointed. While, as everywhere, the prices had gone up the food was still great.

With frosts and cold forecast in the next day or so, the white camellia blooms may suffer so they merit today’s photo.
