Well here it is, another 5lbs off this week. Starting to get a bit fed up with it, but it's working so can't complain really!

Happy June Everyone! Nice to see the weather is appropriate finally. 18 degrees at 9am here in Aberdeen. Can't believe it. Off to enjoy it!
