Paris 5

Technically this isn't Paris at all, but back at Kings Cross. I was happy to see the clouds after reading about them recently, but not particularly happy to be back. If only holidays could last much longer! We had a really nice last morning, going for a very non-Parisian breakfast at an American Diner next to our hotel where we had pancakes and I had a PINT of iced tea. It didn't take long to get to the station, so we milled about for a while before checking in. With the time distance working in our favour, it only took four hours to get from Paris back to my Mum's house, which is brilliant. I think Mum really enjoyed her first trip abroad in decades. We were both knackered when we got back though after walked so much all week!
