Cinders!

Today started with a trip to see Josie at her swimming lesson. She absolutely loves it. I was sorting above her in a small glasses in balcony. She spotted me arriving and I could hear her shriek of delight, how lovely to get such a welcome. Ten minutes later, also unexpectedly, her daddy arrived too. She was almost beside herself with joy.
The extra is of her in the changing room after, tucking into some snack while mum gets dressed. She looks very self assured.
We headed down to Stockbridge after the lesson to the lesson children's show so their which sadly is closing. Ali stocked up on some Startrite shoes at a real bargain price and I treated her to a pair of lovely boots with merino will lining. Hopefully they'll be right for next winter.
My blip is of Josie when mum tried on the next size of shoe, she was dancing with happiness in the top picture. The lower two, in the kitchen were taken as she inspected them. She's going to take after her mum I can see.
She is such a joy-filled child, everything is fun. She's started singing recently. She can't yet manage all the words of Twinkle Twinkle, but she sang the whole song with the correct rhythm and intonation.
Watched a couple more Only Connects this evening. I've seen the final, but that doesn't really matter.
