Chocolate and Cherry Brownies

Local bank holiday today so an unusual Mummy & Ethan Monday today.

Managed to get lots of housework done this morning then made some Chocolate and Cherry brownies. Ethan insisted on doing all the mixing himself without any help from me and did a pretty good job of it!

My friend Vicki came round with her daughter Anna for a playdate in the afternoon. Ethan had been really excited about this all morning and when I told him first thing she'd be coming after lunch, he demanded his lunch there and then. He wasn't impressed when I explained even if he had his lunch at 10am it didn't mean she'd be arriving then!
