Feather Light

The Spring like sunshine of yesterday was long gone today and the gloomy and grey weather had returned. Spring suddenly felt like a  distant hope again.
I was struggling for a shot today when I noticed this tiny grey feather (for some reason it reminded me of a seahorse but maybe I just need glasses!) clinging to a bare plant stem in a rather barren flowerbed. I just liked the subtle and muted colours and it kind of suited today's weather.
