neighborhood photographer

Before I went to South Africa some of my neighbors asked me to take photographs while relatives were in town, but I was going to be away. While I was in South Africa I was asked by some others to take photographs while their relatives were in town. Tonight a neighbor asked me to take a picture of her and her 20-year-old car. She'd bought two silver balloons, a 2 and a 0. Very fun. 

There isn't confirmation of the effectiveness of the explosion of the spy aircraft by Belarussian activists. There are pictures of the plane, intact, that was supposedly destroyed so?? But Russian and Belarusian military bloggers reported explosions at the airfield. One confirmed “damage to a Russian military transport plane.”

The Disasters Emergency Committee Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal raised 55 million pounds in 24 hours. By now it has raised 400 million. 

Carusel Shelter houses 40 refugees. It has counseling sessions, language classes, and craft workshops. 

Ukraine says it shot down a Russian Su-25 jet Sunday and captured the pilot. 

Drones attacked multiple areas in Russia. One caused a fire at an oil depot.
