While the black beans were cooking

This grey squirrel seems to have an unusually long tail. There was definitely spring in the air this morning as I reprised my Gallo Pinto dish for lunch with P. She has just returned from her travels in Chile and we had a very relaxed afternoon exchanging stories. The Costa Rican coffee was a bit of a cheat because it came from Sainsburys, but it is 100%  Arabica.
