Petticoats and Pinnacles

A trip to Edinburgh primarily to visit Petticoats and Pinnacles, an exhibition of Scotland’s pioneering mountain woman at the National Library. The weather was so glorious that I spent the rest of the day walking around Holyrood Park. The area around the Parliament was very quiet, perhaps they were all in Inverness launching the latest strategy for economic growth. The difference is that this time there seems to be a focus on actually delivering it.
I arrived home via the allotment path just after six, observed by a large fox with an impressive ring of black fur around their muzzle, impressive.
