In Dublin's Fair City

We've had a really full day today, done Dublin Castle (free entry as the ticket machines were down), two cathedrals and caught some live music in Fitzsimons pub (we couldn't find a Fitzbillys). We also found Upper Kevin Street which as far as I can tell from my Dad's birth certificate was his birthplace back in 1909. It's changed a bit since then I think.

First thing though we found the Molly Malone statue which for some reason isn't mentioned in our Top 10 Dublin guidebook. I took this angle to get the busker in, nothing to do with not being able to handle the glare from her bosoms now that so many people are rubbing them 'for luck' these days.

We didn't get lost so much today, though at one point a helpful guy came up to me and told me I was holding my map upside down. By the way we got lost again yesterday evening going from the hotel restaurant back to our room, nearly ending up in the basement.

The extra of Christ Church Cathedral is a merged panorama, the first time I have done that in Lightroom.
