Robin on the chimonanthus

Still lurgied but am able to walk the hound which lifts my spirits.  The air felt colder though difficult to tell if that was just my state or the temperature was lower. 

This lovely robin is always around in the front garden as we leave or arrive.  There have been quite a few robins about.  One comes very close when I've topped the tray with suet sprinkles.

I started watching The in the Hall on Channel 4 with Joanna Scanlon.  Next episode tonight.

Finished Nick Hornby's How to be Good which was a good read and began Tracy Chevalier's Remarkable Creatures which I'm thoroughly enjoying.

Not much appetite or taste so it could be a choice: baked potato, toast and marmite,  cheese on toast with herbs and sliced tomato.

Kyro has been my constant companion as I languish on the sofa reading or napping.  He like to place his head on my lap, occasionally sticking his nose on my book demanding further attention.  

Time for his dinner now.  Actually like the sound of cheese on toast now, hope my taste buds will.
