Tomatoes

Pulled self out of bed to walk hound.  He's so happy on his walk with tail curled skywards it gives me a real lift.

After mine and hound's breakfast headed to town.  Some supplies are dwindling.  My Wednesday market shop was missed by stallholder Kevin who thought the lurgy had probably been the reason.

Plenty of tomatoes available in the market.  Honestly you can't have a turnip as a replacement Coffey?!

Now reading on the sofa until dinner.

I've more energy so could make a tofu stirfry.  Maybe have a chilli kick.

There was a diversion which affected pedestrians too. A ditch had been dug from one pavement across the road and narrowing opposite pavement.  Delivery riders on e-bikes were battling with pedestrians for pavement access.  No sign of workers to sort out the ditch causing  the obstruction.
