Diary of an Edinburgher

By LadyMarchmont

Archie and I were about to go out this morning, when it came on the news that our esteemed leader, Nicola Sturgeon, was about to resign!! So I had to wait around and see her speech. No matter what one thinks of her, it’s a tough job - especially as a woman - being at the top in politics. But best leave before you’re pushed.

We then had a walk round the Links, with a coffee and muffin at the police box. I kept seeing Tosca-like dogs in the distance, but it wasn’t her. So I texted her mum to arrange another play date for the dogs. Funnily enough, we met them on the way home, and the dogs were excited to see each other. So we’re meeting on Friday.

JR, after the gym, went for brunch with her gym pals, then went to the supermarket. We were getting dangerously low on coffee pods.

Here’s my weights that I (sometimes) use for arm exercises, and they looked rather nice beside the daffs.
