Ahead of a trip to Glasgow it seemed wise to acclimatise.... the burned out lorry up the street helped in the process.

Boys went to school,  OT was done, and lunch from the Empty Kitchens mob (tomato and mint soup) set up a quiet afternoon. 
Tom went out and Alex lazed about ahead of training. 

I dropped him at Broughton and made off on a 30km bike ride with the added redefined  bonus of cheap trainers at TKMaxx.
