One down…

Funny that just one of the tulips from last week has dropped its petals. The others are still standing tall.

We’ve had a super day with Mavis. She came back to church today for the first time since Ken’s funeral. She has been going to the church across the road from her home. We picked her up for the service and she also came for Sunday dinner. She is great company. She’ll see how she goes for the weeks ahead.

Tomorrow afternoon we’ll join Wanda as she says her formal goodbyes to Alastair. Another friend with a tough day ahead. Our love and prayers are with her.
