Lads night in

Adam and I have the house to ourselves. Mrs. P is on a girly night out.

So pizza for tea.

I made the dough last night and shaped the pizza bases. Once they had proved enough they went into the fridge while I made the tomato sauce.

A simple tomato sauce using tinned tomatoes and a touch of tomato puree to add a bit of "zing"

Grated mild cheddar was the cheese of choice and pepperoni, thinly sliced, added on top.

The whole lot has been in the fridge overnight so all we had to do tonight was pop them in the oven for 6 minutes at 200c.

Ohh, alright, the 6 minutes bit is correct. You've probably guessed the pizzas came out of a box!

This is blip number 503. If I was any kind of chef don't you think I would have blipped one of my culinary delights by now????
