Raindrops and Fairy Wings

Another blip captured between the downpours...the rain is slowly becoming a bit oppressive.

But I rather like the delicate, diamond-like raindrops that linger on these red-trimmed, heart-shaped leaves. I'm told one name for this variety of Epimedium grandiflorum ground cover is "Fairy Wings."

I could use a set of fairy wings right now. I'd fly off with Peter Pan to Never-Never Land. Care to come along?
